WLGSF (Wisky-Litchi-Ginger-sour-Fizz for a while, then we'll decide about better name) is simple in making, for professionals:
Muddle fresh ginger with a bit of sugar in shaker; add ice;
Add 40 ml Scotch;
40 ml litchi juice;
1/2 lime, squeeze.
Shake well and double strain to hibghall glass, full of cubed ice. Top with soda.
